Does this work as a normal light bulb?
This is a light-bulb-style security camera with night light/night vision features. It is not designed to replace every brightness/use case of a normal household bulb. Use it where camera coverage matters most.
Does it need batteries?
No. It draws power from the socket. Like any socket-powered device, it will turn off during a power outage and reconnect when power returns.
Does it require a monthly subscription?
No required monthly plan is needed for basic live monitoring. Some app features like cloud storage or extended playback may be optional paid features depending on the app version.
What socket do I need?
Use a compatible E27-style screw socket with 110–220V power. Compare the product base to your current bulb before ordering if you are unsure about your fixture.
Can it be used outdoors?
The supplier lists indoor/outdoor use. For best longevity, use it in a covered socket or protected area unless your exact batch confirms a waterproof IP rating.
Does it support two-way audio?
Yes. The built-in microphone and speaker allow you to communicate through the camera via the mobile app.
What storage options are available?
The camera supports MicroSD cards (up to 128GB) for local recording. Cloud storage options may also be available through the app.
What is your return policy?
